40-minute movement class designed to elongate and rejuvenate

This 40-minute movement class will guide you through a series of stretches and core strengthening exercises for a full-body experience. Inspired by Pilates and the Primal Movement WORKS! System, Stephanie has selected her favorite exercises to help you feel elongated, rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. With leveled exercises, you can choose to stick with the basics, or layer in the challenges throughout your class.

By purchasing this class, you'll be able to stream it as often as you like.

All levels welcome. No equipment needed, except your mat.
